Exchange Club Lunch 10-2024

Dominion Energy Charitable Foundation offers grant opportunities to nonprofit groups that show they serve the community through partnerships and have a track record of meeting basic human needs and preventing future needs. HELP of Summerville is the 2024 recipient of a $5,000 grant from Dominion Energy Charitable Foundation that will be used to provide payments of overdue rent, medical, water and sewer bills for residents who do not have the resources to make these payments. These folks are often overlooked because they don’t fit into the traditional category of poverty and but are struggling to cover their basic needs as the costs of living continues to outpace earnings.
